Diane Mae Billingslea
April 22, 1942 - July 1, 2024

Diane Mae Billingslea, 82, of Plano, Texas, formerly of Greenville, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2024, after bravely battling cancer. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Stan Coleman.

Diane was born on April 22, 1942, in Paris, Texas, to Joe Ray Billingslea and Marie Lisbeth Brunson. She spent her formative years in Greenville, Texas, where she excelled in a career in sales, beginning at Collins Hilton Furniture and later specializing in Medicare insurance.

Known for her vibrant personality and generous spirit, Diane made lifelong connections with all who crossed her path. An accomplished watercolor artist, she found joy in painting and had a keen eye for beauty in old films, bright colors, butterflies, hearts, and animals. Diane was particularly fond of animals and had many beloved pets over the years. In her prime, she was a fashion trendsetter and a firm believer in the power of positivity, facing life's challenges with unwavering determination.

Diane is survived by her loving daughters, Holly (Brown) Carroccio and Megan (Adkisson) Disney; cherished grandchildren, Bianca Grace Carroccio, Sydney Nicole Carroccio, Nathan Allen Williams, and Rhys Alexander Disney; as well as nephews Todd Andrew Billingslea and Bradley Brent Billingslea.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Bradley Brunson Billingslea and nephew Joe Ray Billingslea III.
