Verna was born November 28, 1929 in Duncan, Arizona to William Wilson and Ethel Izora Branyon Johnson. She married Howard ''Budd'' Vernon Michael on September 18, 1950 in Silver City, New Mexico. He preceded her in death in 1960. She married Robert Wayne Boruk on August 18, 1961 in Silver City, New Mexico and he preceded her in death in 1999.
Verna is survived by her sons, Bronny Michael and wife, Marcie of Battle Lake, MN, Bradey W. Michael and wife, Sherri of Greenville; grandchildren, Brian and wife, Kari, Sheray and fiance, Josh, Travis and wife, Jennifer, Cole and wife, Charlene and Cody; 7 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 husbands, 4 brothers and 1 sister.
