Patricia was born December 19, 1941 in Dallas, Texas to John Wesley Worthy and Lucille Glaspy Worthy. She married Leo Faubion on June 3, 1961 in Odessa, Texas. She was an avid gardener, talented artist, passionate evangelist, and cherished friend.
Pat is survived by her husband, Leo Faubion; son, Leo Faubion II; daughter, Amy Faubion; sister, Jan Melton; grandchildren, John Parker, Forest Livergood, Hannah Livergood, Trenton Thornton, Braeden Smith; and close family friend, JoAnn Cooksey Yanez.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Lucille; and her daughter, Lorri Lynn Faubion.

Greenville, TX Friday, April 28, 2023 Leo and family loved Pat so much. You can tell how much Pat meant to Leo just by listening to him reminisce about their lives together. One of my favorites is how they both met in high school. As a sophomore in high school, Leo said he looked across the gym and saw the most beautiful woman in the entire world. Of course, that was woman was Pat. It didn't take him long to ask her out on a date. In fact, Leo checked out her yearbook pictures and had to call her that night. They went on a date the following evening and have stayed together ever since. Leo's face lit up when he told me, Pat was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen - even in old age she was beautiful.
