Though I had not seen you in years, I will always regret not getting up to Greenville for a lunch. I have such great memories of you in high school and even college. You will forever be remembered. Rest in peace.

For just over twenty years we worked together. You went from being my basic to being my boss, but I have come to realize you have been the biggest influence in my career. Whether you knew it or not, from that first time we met and we couldn’t wait to get away from each other, progressing to laughter and even a few deep conversations and consolation. You will always be in my heart and in my memories. Your dedication, compassion and that sense of humor will carry on, and will be forever grateful for your mentorship and more importantly your friendship. Thank you.

    Andrew,

My favorite memory of you. The time we had a patient in the ambulance and she looked at you and said “I NEED AIR”.

You had the what do I do look, the only time I ever saw that.

You will truly be missed after you have touched so many lives!

I will always remember our time and memories.
    Gone too soon!

Oh my dear friend, the times we had. Whether it was a full on trauma or a class in Dallas. So smart and kind to all your patients. God speed dear friend. Henderson, RN
