Brenda was born October 29, 1957, in Greenville, Texas to Billy Don and Lillie Estalene Broughton Bowman. She married Jimmy McFarlin on July 16, 2006, in Commerce, Texas. She worked as a caregiver and was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy McFarlin; sons, Shaun Michael, Jason McFarlin; daughter, Melissa McFarlin; sister, Donna Bowman; grandchildren, Rayven McFarlin, Adrian; and great-grandchild, KaMorah JayLani.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, William and sister, Rebecca Evans.
