Gail was born on October 20, 1948, in Wolfe City at Wolfe City Community Hospital, to Jack William Swinson and Bess Mozelle Singleton Swinson. She was a graduate from Wolfe City High School. Gail married the love of her life Robert Ellis White on May 13, 1971, at First Baptist Church, Greenville. Gail was a dairy farmer for many years. She also was a mail carrier for over 20 years in northern Hunt County. She loved spending time with her family, she was a loving mother and greatest Nonna and will be deeply missed by those who loved her so much.
Gail is survived by her husband, Robert White of Merit; daughter, Traci White of Wolfe City; son, Jason White and Sharon White of Wolfe City; daughter, Julie Wright and husband, Kendal of Merit; grandchildren, Gary Rutter, Justin White, Shane White, Samantha Holland, Evelyn Holland, Jack Holland, Jentry Wright, Kinslie Belle Wright; great grandchildren, Landon Rutter, Logan Rutter; sister, Jackie Samples and husband, Montie; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Gail is preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be Jason White, Kendal Wright, Gary Rutter, Justin White, Shane White and Jeremy Dicken.
