Douglas Lee Reynolds, 60, of Royse City, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 4th, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.

Douglas was born on September 4, 1963, in St. Joseph, Missouri, to Robert Lee Reynolds and Janice G. Thompson.

On May 10th, 1986, Douglas married his first wife, Angela Dye, and they had two sons, Mitchell and Joel Reynolds.

On May 16th, 2007, in McKinney, Texas, Douglas married his forever wife, Tiffani Lee and became a prominent father role to her three children: daughters, Katerina and Ashley and son, Justin.

Douglas pioneered a highly successful career in IT and Security for numerous global banking institutions.

Among his many interests: sports, music, technology and computers, science fiction literature, cruises, animals and most importantly, family was the essence of his being.

A free spirit, Douglas lit up any room with his unrelenting positive approach to living life and had a distinct ability to touch everyone's life that crossed his path, for the better.

Douglas is survived by his wife Tiffani Reynolds, father, Robert Reynolds, son Mitchell Reynolds and his fiancé Beatrice Miranda of McKinney; Step-children, Katerina Hutchins and husband Jared of Royse City, TX, Ashley Moore of Azle, TX , Justin Moore and wife Stephanie of McKinney, TX; Grandchildren; Kaylee Reynolds, Landyn Moore, Stella Moore, Spencer Moore, Lane Murry, Brayden Murry, Royce Tiemann, Waverly Tiemann, Ryker Reynolds, Reznor Reynolds; brothers Kyle Piepergerdes and Gerald Reynolds and sister Lee Ann Thomas.

Douglas is preceded in death by his son, Joel and his mother Jan.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on May 30th, 2024, in McKinney, Texas at Rick's Chophouse at the Grand Hotel at 7:00pm.
